Reprographics

Photocopy, printing and plotting facility is managed by a private operator and is available in the school premises.

Workshop

The school has a workshop, where students can undertake experiments and create objects, models, projects, etc. the workshop provides hands on experience on the concepts learnt in the classes. It is well-equipped with state of the art tools and facilities. Experiential learning is prominent in studios and labs at SSAA that offers opportunity to work alongside industry professional seeking to solve real-world design & planning problems.

Computer laboratory

Fully equipped computer labs with latest computers (Core2Duo and i3 systems with LCD screens) with software’s like AutoCAD is present in the school.

Zyxis Studio

The lab is equipped with modern technologies such as the Laser Cutter and engraving Machine that can enable students to cut and engrave across a range of dimensions on various materials such a paper, acrylic, leather, stone and clothes. The printer behaves just like a normal printer, which can be operated through various softwares such as CorelDraw, Autodesk, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop and other softwares in the Adobe Suite. Since it can cut or engrave any material, as per design, it is especially beneficial for students of architecture (SSAA) in model making. The accuracy and precision will give a splendidly cut elevation for the model making and in no time students will be ready with their 3-dimensional model. The Z-printer 450(3D Systems) sets the standard for speed, colour, affordability and ease of use. It simplifies the 3D printing process with automated operation art every step and transforms electronic 3D data into hand-held physical models. Color dramatically communicates the proposed look, feel and style of engineering product designs.
