It is essential for International students to have good proficiency in spoken and written English, as all our programs are taught in English, you are required to provide evidence of passing the qualifying in English.
Have IELTS 6.0 with no sub-score below 5.5 or TOEFL (paper) 550, TOEFL (computer) of 213 or TOEFL (IBT) of 79 scores. Exam results should not be more than two years old.
OR
Candidates without the above pre-qualifications will have to enroll either for Intensive Certificate course in English Language (Full Time) conducted from March to May each year.
Admissions are in conformity with the guidelines set by the Association of Indian Universities and the Statutory Bodies of India like the All India Council for Technical Education, Bar Council of India, etc.
Only candidates who have the requisite qualification from foreign universities or Boards of Higher Education accredited and recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), Govt. of India, New Delhi are eligible to apply at Sushant University for admission.
If required, candidates will be asked to obtain the ‘eligibility certificate/equivalency certificate’ from Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi on the given below address.

If you are currently enrolled in another recognized educational institution in India, and if you wish to pursue your studies with us we offer a variety of services to help you in the admissions process. For example you may have completed the first year of a degree at another university and want to study at Sushant University. Or you may have completed a diploma, professional or vocational qualification and want to transfer this credit to Sushant University.

Any applicant who has not completed his/her 10+2 in India prior to joining the university is considered an international student. There are 3 categories SAARC, NRI, Foreign Nationals holding foreign passports and or OCI card holders. |
No, international students cannot study part time. Indian immigration law requires that all international students on student visas maintain full-time enrollment. |
No, the university does not require the TOEFL for students who have earned a bachelor's degree or higher, but TOEFL will be required from all non-native speakers of English. The TOEFL/IELTS score is valid for two years. |
The University offers many scholarships for international students. Financial assistance for international students is available through the Office of Admissions. |
In order to be formally admitted to the Sushant University, you must full fill all the eligibility criteria and upon successful selection you are required to pay the requisite fee. Once all documentation and fee requisites are met you will receive an e mail containing the Provisional Admission Letter, you will require this letter to apply for the student visa. We also assist with challenges related to cultural, social and personal adjustments, as well as practical matters related to living in India.
