Sushant School of Art and Architecture, Sushant School of Design and Sushant School of Planning and Development at Sushant University offer doctoral research programme leading to the award of Ph.D. degree. It aims at developing individuals into distinguished researchers in the field of architecture, design and urban planning. The respective Schools offer Ph.D. programmes with a strong focus on promoting inter-disciplinary research in these areas. The duration for the Part time and Full time Ph. D. programme is 3 years. The maximum duration (from the date of registration) of Ph. D. programme will not exceed 6 years.

Candidates possessing M.Phil Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade and Master’s degree with 50% marks in aggregate in the concerned discipline shall also be eligible for admission to Ph.D. programme.
