Over the millennia, saree has not only become an all-time-wear for women, but also the ‘canvas’ for weavers and printers. Even today, saris are the most preferred traditional as well as casual attire of Indian women. To maintain the authenticity of the saree, Kasabu cotton fabric, which is famous in Kerala, has been used. Three techniques- digital printing, screen printing and hand painting along with laser cutting techniques are used in making this theme-based saree.
