The dissertation project on Environmental generational amnesia highlights the degradation of the environment due to urbanization and due to lack of natural elements around people how it has led to physical and mental deterioration.
Environmental generational amnesia refers to the idea that each generation perceives the environment into which it's born, no matter how developed, urbanized or polluted, as the norm.
So as to prevent further degradation of environment and humankind we should incorporate biophilic design as a standard and it should be inculcated in the coming generations and the best way to do so is making the school’s students study in more environment friendly that use biophilic design not just for construction but also as a teaching tool.
