TITLE – Thesis Assisted Senior Living

PROGRAMME – Interior Design  

The purpose of this thesis was to understand the relationship of Public space with Residential spaces and design one of our own.

This thesis talks about a particular age group (50 years and above), for whom this idea was developed. The general public in India are extremely busy in fulfilling their family needs some are busy satisfying others. So the aim was to create a place where after retirement they can have a very comfortable life.

The focus was to first understand the space keeping in perspective its interior and exterior aspects. After fully investigating the space and listing down all the problems identified, the next step was to a propose design solutions for the problems and the loopholes identified.
