Bachelor in Business Administration (Honours) 4 years

Full-time undergraduate degree programme nurtures students to hone skills to be part of the corporate league. The student explores opportunities to specialize in various domains of management. The areas offered as specialization are Marketing, Human Resource Management, Finance, Fintech, Digital Marketing and Business Analytics.

BBA (Honours) Programme has been designed to expose students to basic Business Management and entrepreneurship practices. The main focus is to inculcate important principles of business planning, entrepreneurship concepts, business ethics and business management.

Our BBA programme is under NEP 2020, which adopt a credit-based system, allowing students to accumulate credits and earn a certificate, diploma, or degree respectively after successful completion of 1st, 2nd and 3rd year based on earned credits. The system promotes flexibility and lifelong learning while ensuring recognition of achieved milestones.

Programme Details and Delivery

BBA (Honours) Programme is delivered through modular programme divided in four stages further sub divided into a total of eight semesters.

Foundation Stage

Semesters 1 and 2

The modules studied at this stage provide a basic understanding of the fundamental concepts and principles in business administration along with industry requirements. This stage develops the skills, knowledge and understanding necessary both for successful learning in the work place and for solid groundwork for more advanced study in stage 2, 3 and 4.

Specialization Stage

Semesters 3 and 4      

The modules studied at this stage lead to further knowledge building leading to specialisation of the students. At this stage student will get the opportunity to specialize in a particular area of business according to their interests and career goals. Specialization options could include finance, marketing, human resource management, business analytics, fintech and digital marketing.

Industry Readiness Stage

Semesters 5 and 6

This stage prepares students for professional roles by bridging academic learning with practical industry demands. In the beginning of third year the students will also undertake a compulsory summer internship project. This will help to consolidate researching, information compilation and presentation skills while developing the intellectual skills along with provide hands-on experience in the industry. Professional development workshops further enhance their readiness for the job market, equipping them with the necessary tools for success in their chosen fields.

Advanced Stage

Semesters 7 and 8

This final stage focuses on integrating and synthesizing knowledge gained throughout the program. Students will be engaged in capstone projects, case studies, etc. that require them to apply their learning to real-world business challenges. The goal is to develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills necessary for success in the field of business administration.

Logistic & Supply Chain Management (3 years)

What is Logistic & Supply Chain Management?

  • Logistics is the process / chain management of transport flow and the storage of goods and services from its origin to it consumptions.
  • It includes both inbound & outbound movements of goods & services.
  • Supply Chain Management (SCM) is the oversight of materials, information, and finances as they move in a process from supplier to manufacturer to wholesaler to retailer to consumer.
  • The goal of logistics activities is to satisfy the needs of the ultimate consumer—you. Simply stated, logistics professionals ensure that the right product, in the right quantity, in the right condition, is delivered to the right customer at the right place, at the right time, at the right cost.
