Aashiyan is an excellent education professional having almost 7 years of academic and industrial experience. She has a specialization in food and beverage service and has also taught many hospitality-related managerial subjects like managing hospitality in an international context, marketing management, hospitality business law, etc. She believes in developing students as responsible hoteliers and readies them to deal with real-time situations. Her current research interests are focused on the Food and beverage service industry of India specifically fine dining restaurants, their operations & market share, etc. She is also engaged extensively in the area of research related to the restaurant business and its status during COVID.
