Brief Profile

Chef Moupriya brings three years of culinary leadership and has been associated with renowned hospitality chains like JW Marriott, Oberoi Hotels, and resorts.

Chef has honed her foundational skills through rigorous training at the JW Marriott Hotels, which instilled in her a deep appreciation for global luxury hospitality standards and meticulous kitchen operations.

Her last assignment was with the prestigious Oberoi Udaivilas as a chef de partie/section head. She has mastered regional culinary techniques, flavor balancing, and nuances of high-volume fine dining management.

She is a certified departmental trainer from the Oberoi group and looks forward to sharing her knowledge and expertise with young minds and inspiring the next generation of hospitality leaders by bridging the gap between academic concepts and real-world kitchen excellence.
