Dr. Meenakshi Dahiya is an academician, legal researcher, and educator with 12 years of teaching experience in legal education. She is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the School of Law, Sushant University, Gurugram. She completed her B.A. LL.B., LL.M., and Ph.D. in Law from the Faculty of Law, Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak, and qualified the UGC-NET in Law.
Dr. Meenakshi Dahiya has made significant academic contributions through teaching, research, curriculum development, moot court activities, legal aid initiatives, and student mentoring. She has actively participated in national and international conferences and has served as a judge for several moot court competitions. Her scholarly contributions include two authored books, two book chapters, and several publications in UGC CARE-listed, peer-reviewed, and refereed journals, covering diverse areas of law.
