Adv. Arun Wighmal is a distinguished legal practitioner with comprehensive expertise in Criminal Law, Insurance, Consumer Litigation, Maritime Law, Arbitration, Matrimonial and Commercial Disputes. As Managing Partner of Wighmal & Co. (Advocates & Solicitors), New Delhi, he has successfully appeared before Trial Courts, various Tribunals, High Courts and the Supreme Court, and serves as counsel for Govt. authorities, nationalized and private banks, corporates and NGOs. A graduate of Pune University, he began his career as a Law Researcher to Hon’ble Justice J.R. Midha (Delhi High Court), contributing to significant judicial work, including reforms in matrimonial litigation. He holds a Master’s degree in Business & Corporate Laws with specialization in Maritime Law from Symbiosis Law School, Pune. 

Driven by a strong academic inclination, he has conducted lectures at leading law institutions across India .
