Faculty Profile
I, Muskan Bali, am currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at Sushant University, where I am committed to fostering engaging, student centric learning environment. I hold a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Amity University and a Bachelor’s (Honours) degree in Psychology from Daulat Ram college for women, University of Delhi. Furthermore, I have also qualified the University Grants Commission -NET (December 2024), earning eligibility for Assistant Professorship and Ph.D. I have gained experience across multiple domains through my work at the Institute of Human Behaviour and Allied Sciences (IHBAS) and the Asmi Movement. Prior to entering academia, these roles equipped me with a strong foundation, and I am now committed to teaching and advancing my qualifications by pursuing a PhD.
Conferences, workshops, and other achievements
- Presented a co-authored paper titled “Understanding the World of Introverts and Their Interpersonal Relationships” at NAOP 2019 in the poster presentation category; abstract published in the conference abstract book.
- Served as the Class representative 2nd and 3rd year in the Psychology Association, Daulat Ram college from 2018-2020.
- Served as a member of the organizing committee for the International Conference on “Integrating Traditional Indian Healing Practices with Contemporary Western Health System” at Daulat Ram College (2019).
- Participated in workshop on ‘Personal to Interpersonal Effectiveness’ in the National Conference organised by Department of Psychology, Daulat Ram College
- Organized and participated in workshops on ‘Spirituality and Healing’ and ‘Merging Eastern and Western Therapeutic Approaches in Healing’ in the International Conference organised by Department of Psychology, Daulat Ram College
- Participated in the Value Engagement Programme on ‘Values Optimizing Lifestyle’ organised by Department of Psychology, Daulat Ram College
- Been a working member of the “True Health Initiative” and “Mental Health Center”, Daulat Ram College University of Delhi.
