Ms. Monika is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacy, School of Health Sciences, Sushant University, Gurugram, Haryana, with approximately five years of experience in teaching and research. Her expertise lies in pharmaceutics, particularly the development, optimization, and characterization of novel drug delivery systems for ocular, periodontal, and transdermal applications. Her research focuses on therapeutic areas including glaucoma, periodontitis, wound healing, and skin burns. She has technical expertise in Design-Expert software, formulation optimization, and pseudo-ternary phase diagrams. Her academic and research contributions include over 10 research and review publications, one published patent, and one book chapter. She has also presented her work at national and international conferences and received a research seed grant from G.D. Goenka University during her PhD.
