Ambika Gaur is a passionate academician, researcher, and management professional with strong expertise in Human Resource Management, Marketing, Digital Media, and Organizational Studies. Currently pursuing a PhD in Management from Sushant University, she has consistently demonstrated academic excellence throughout her educational journey, securing impressive academic scores in both her MBA and doctoral studies. With a keen interest in research and teaching, Ambika is actively contributing as a Research & Teaching Assistant, where she teaches subjects such as Marketing Management, SEO & SEM, Social Media Marketing, Environmental Studies, Entrepreneurship Development, and Digital Marketing. Her teaching approach focuses on interactive learning, case-based discussions, and student mentorship, helping learners bridge theoretical concepts with practical applications.

Alongside her academic responsibilities, Ambika has gained valuable professional industry exposure through her work in HR analytics, recruitment, employee engagement, and workforce planning. During her tenure at One Circle Club, she worked as an HR Analyst, where she analyzed workforce data to identify trends related to employee engagement, performance, and attrition, while also contributing to predictive workforce planning and HR process optimization. Earlier, as an HR Intern at Max Life Insurance, she gained hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee training, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. These experiences strengthened her understanding of organizational behavior, people management, and modern HR practices.
