Dr. Richa Arora is an academician, researcher and author. She holds a Masters (MBA) and Doctorate (Ph. D.) in Management. She has done Bachelors of Engineering (Computer Science) in her graduation.
Presently, Dr. Richa Arora is an Associate Professor at School of Business, Sushant University, Gurgaon with approximate 9 years of experience in teaching and research. She has guided 4 PhD research Scholars under her guidance. She has published numerous papers in UGC Care listed Journal, ABDC indexed, and Scopus indexed journals. She has participated in various national and international workshops, seminars, conferences, Faculty Development Programs to keep herself updated and well equipped with latest innovations and changes in the field of HR and IT and has also presented various research papers in numerous International and National Conferences including IIT Delhi, IIT Roorkie and others. She has convened various International and National Conferences and FDPs on Research Methods and Qualitative Research Analysis. She has written various books and also published National and International patents. Her areas of interest include Management Information System, Performance Appraisal Management, Human Resource Management, E- Commerce and Digital marketing.
