Dr. Paramjit S. Lamba, Asst. Professor, School of Business, Sushant University, has done his Doctorate and PGDM from MDI-Gurgaon, and comes equipped with specializations in Performance Management from IIM-A, Work-Study from NITIE, Competency Mapping from XLRI, Operations Management from Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania and is a certified administrator of 16PF, MBTI and Thomas Profiling psychometric assessments. Working across IT, Hospitality, Non-profit, Warehousing, Retail, Manufacturing and Export sectors over the past 25 years, has provided him with multi-faceted experiences.
He is a published author of several books on diverse topics such as Industrial Relations and Labour Law, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Project Planning, Warehousing and Retail. Some of these books have been prescribed as courseware for leading MBA institutions such as Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. He has the privilege of having written a case study at Harvard Business Publishing. In addition, he has also published research papers in leading international journals of high repute.
His area of interest is entrepreneurship and has helped over 160 startups to improve their pitch decks and pitch to investors. He has also consulted founders across various domains to build and scale their ventures. He currently provides mentoring to students interested in starting their entrepreneurial journey at Sushant University, helping them establish their entity, product, marketing, operations, finance, and navigate through the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
