A graduate from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata and has a diploma in Training & Development from ISTD (Indian Society of Training & Development), New Delhi: - contributing to Learning & Development of over 60,000+ lives, in 20+ Industries, in the last 20+ years, in India, Tanzania,
Uganda, through Programs in Leadership & Strategy Development, Sales & Marketing,
Communication, Team building and People–Performance in organizations, like, Nokia, Hewitt, Samsung, Tata Motors, Tata Power, Airtel etc. with personal field experience in Courier Service, Direct Sales, Net-work Marketing, Insurance etc.
He is also engaged in Student Development Programs in Engineering and MBA Colleges, like, UPES, DIT (Dehradun), Galgotias, GL Bajaj (Grater Noida, UP), GLA(Mathura, UP) etc. and had been an Empanelled Faculty with Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi to Train School Teachers.
