Short Introduction:
She is and Architect and Environmental Planner from SPA, New Delhi, with more than 17 years practical and teaching experience. Her Area of interest includes the neighbourhood planning, street planning and design, sustainable urban developments and other city development areas. She has joined Sushant University as Associate professor in June 2021.
She was head design and development/ co-founder of a pvt. Ltd. Firm in Gurgaon. She has exposure of designing wide verities of architectural and planning projects which includes big scale residential townships, Residences, Hospitality, commercial and industrial projects, by using various simulation and 3D software’s. Almost 10 years back she decided to share/deliver her professional and personal knowledge to students.
She has worked and delivered IGBC, Gold rated green project. She has attended various workshops and training programmes form TERI and IGBC for efficient building designs and performance.
She is towards the completion of her research work in the field of Buillt mass along the street and streets planning and design. Her research is to evaluate the efficiency of urban streets in Gurgaon, and will help to understand the inefficiencies in the streets planning and design and how to have safe and accessible streets for all types of users.
