Short Biography

She is an Architect and Environmental Planner, with more than three years of professional experience in the industry and academia. She earned her B.Arch. and M.Plan degrees from prestigious academic institutions of the country. Prior to joining the academia she has worked on various renowned landscape projects with NMP Designs as a project architect and has also been a part of other architectural firms. She has keen interest in the fields of natural resource management with the special focus being on water, climate change, smart cities, and sustainable architecture and sustainable city development. Her thesis work titled “Planning for impacts of invasive plant species on freshwater lakes: Ramgarh Tal, Gorakhpur City” which highlighted the need to manage water resource efficiently was nominated for the ‘best thesis award jury’ conducted by Institute of Town Planners, MP Regional Chapter, who every year confer the prestigious ‘Best Thesis Awards’ to the planning students of Madhya Pradesh.
