Amit Kumar Singh with experience of sixteen years in Litigation and Academics has secured his B. Com (P) from Delhi University. Subsequently, he pursued his M.B.A. in Marketing from G.I.M.T, Lucknow, affiliated to R.M.L, Awadh University, Faizabad. He holds a master's degree in Humanities in the subject of Indian and European History. He qualified for the UGC-NET examination in the subject of History in the year 2005 and is currently pursuing his Ph.D. He is a Law graduate too. An educationist of multiple dimensions, he is a keen researcher. He has presented twenty research papers at National and International conferences and seminars. Six of his research papers have been published in UGC-CARE and other reputed National and International Journals. One of his research papers has been adjudged Best Paper Titled, "Colonial Intervention and Possibilities of Capitalism in India in Eighteenth Century C.E' in the technical session of an international seminar on 26 June 2020 and one of his research papers has been adjudged Best Paper Titled, 'Gandhian Philosophy: A Spiritual, juridical and Legal Analysis' in the technical session of National Seminar on 29th -30th May 2020. His article Titled 'GST: A Zollverein of India' was published in a reputed online Law Portal Live Law' in the year 2017 http://www.livelaw.in/gst-zollverein-india/. One of his articles titled 'Elections in India Proclamation of Indian Freedom' was Published in a Popular fortnightly newspaper 'Doon Hulchul' published in Dehradun. He has designed one Foundation course for freshers. The course holds a significant utility for integrated B.A., LL. B, B.B.A, LL. B and LL, B (Three Year) Program. Along with his academic interests, he is a visionary administrator and serves the institution in different administrative capacities. He has contributed as an Assistant Editor on the editorial board of the Interdisciplinary Journal of Asian Law College, (ALC) Noida. He is a member of various institutions of repute, to name a few, he is a member of a prestigious professional body for imparting training and development The Indian Society for Training and Development, New Delhi. He is a member of a research institution, "The Institute for Border Studies', New Delhi, dedicated to border studies. In the year 2023, he was awarded with Captain Amilal Singh Samman, 2023 for his contribution to the academic field He was a member of the core committee and successfully organized two National Conferences in the School of Law, Sushant University. Presently he is working on a Textbook on Legal History for Law students to fill the paucity of relevant reading material on the topic and to familiarize students with the subject lucidly and smoothly.
