Dr. Deepak Miglani is an Associate Professor at the School of Law, Sushant University, Gurugram, with over 13 years of full-time teaching experience and approximately five years of professional advocacy practice. He has extensive experience in legal education, academic administration, student mentoring, and institutional governance.
Prior to joining academia, Dr. Miglani practiced as an advocate, gaining practical experience in legal drafting, litigation, client counselling, and liaison with government departments. His professional exposure enables him to effectively bridge legal theory with practical application in the classroom.
Dr. Miglani has played an active role in organizing legal aid camps, legal awareness programmes, faculty development programmes, seminars, conferences, moot court activities, and internship initiatives. His areas of professional interest include legal education, academic administration, experiential learning, legal aid, and skill-based legal training. He remains committed to fostering academic excellence, professional ethics, and practical legal competence among future legal professionals.
