Richa Dwivedi is Assistant Professor in the area of psychology .She is an accomplished academician with a broad experience in behavioural training, especially in, but not limited to a corporate context. Her research areas span from studying attrition rates in the life insurance sector to relationship commitment and felt obligation in young adults of single or both parent families.
Richa holds a First Class Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Lucknow as well as a Diploma in Human Resource Management, after which she went on to obtain an MBA in Human Resource Management.
With more than a decade’s experience in both the corporate and academic domains, Richa has been at the helm of a number of Training and Development departments and has taught at various academic institutions of repute. She is also a Dale Carnegie certified trainer.
Richa is currently researching the concept of comparative Corporate Citizenship in Indian and multinational corporations and intends to write her PhD thesis on the same.
