Professional biography
Dr. Richa Nangia is an academician, researcher and author. An alumnus of University of Rajasthan, she holds a Masters (MBA) and Doctorate (Ph. D.) in Management. She is also a gold medallist in her master's programme.
Presently, Dr. Richa Nangia is an Associate Professor at School of Business
Sushant University, Gurugram with more than 14 years of experience in teaching and
research. She is currently working on one ICSSR Project and also awarded with many consultancy, seed grant and research projects. Eleven students have been awarded their doctoral degree under her guidance and many more are in queue.
She has published numerous papers in UGC Care listed Journal, ABDC indexed, and Scopus indexed journals. She has also published one book on "Research Methodology and reviewed one book titled "Business Ethics and Corporate Governance" of Tata McGraw Publishing House. She has also presented various research papers in numerous International and National Conferences including IIM Indore, MDI Gurugram and others. She is the member of editorial board of various UGC Care listed journals and reviewer of various Scopus indexed journal. She has also won best paper award in at National Conference organized by Padamshree Dr. D Y Patil Institute of Management Studies, Pune.
She has convened various International and National Conferences and FDPs on Research Methods and Qualitative Research Analysis. She has chaired various International and National conferences as session chair. Her areas of interest include Organization Behaviour, Training & Development, Human Resource Development and Values and Ethics.
