Professional biography:

Dr. Gunjan A Rana is an accomplished academician and corporate professional with over 24 years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, Consumer Behavior, Services Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and CSR. She has taught at leading B-Schools in Delhi-NCR and delivered international lectures to students of Harvard University (Discover India Program) and Pittsburgh State University, USA (Faculty Exchange Program).
Currently serving as Professor of Marketing and Head of Department at School of Business, Sushant University, Gurugram, she has successfully led academic and administrative initiatives, including curriculum innovation, program management, and student engagement. She has held leadership roles as Area Chair Marketing and Program Director for BBA, contributing significantly to institutional growth and quality assurance.
Deeply committed to research and mentorship, she has supervised doctoral scholars, served as an expert panelist for PhD thesis evaluations, and contributed to the NAAC University Team. Her research spans Marketing, Advertising, Sustainability, and General Management, with publications in ABDC, Scopus-indexed journal and Web of Science.
Beyond academia, she has designed and delivered impactful Training & Development programs for managers across public and private sectors in India. She also brings social leadership experience as the former President of Sambhav Foundation, where She spearheaded initiatives to provide education for underprivileged children.
