Short Biography
Prof. Shanu Agarwal is an Architect and Planner and has 14 years of industry and academic experience. She is an Associate Professor at Sushant University and is also pursuing her Ph.D. in architecture here.
She completed her graduation in architecture in 2007 and has worked with leading architects of Jaipur and had a corporate experience with leading real estate firm of India. She is also actively involved into practise in Jaipur and has many residential and commercial projects in the city.
In her portfolio, she has a variety of residential and commercial projects pan India. She has also worked on projects with Rajasthan Housing Board in Jaipur. Interest in teaching from very young age brought her into academics and she started her teaching journey in 2015 and has taught in many architecture and planning schools. Her quest for knowledge and her keen interest in land policies carved her path to pursue Ph.D. from Sushant University.
Her teaching portfolio includes subjects like Architectural Design, Building Material and Construction and Habitat design, Working drawing studios, Planning for Tourism and Architecture and Planning thesis and dissertations.
At the School of Art and Architecture in Sushant University she is working tirelessly for accreditations and rankings and other important roles apart from teaching core subjects like Architecture Design and Building materials and construction.
