Role of the National & International Policies in Corporate Governance

Call for Papers: National Conference on Role of the National & International Policies in Corporate Governance.

Corporate governance is the system by which companies are directed and controlled. Boards of directors are responsible for the governance of their companies. The shareholders’ role in governance is to appoint the directors and the auditors and to satisfy themselves that an appropriate governance structure is in place. Appropriate corporate governance fosters a culture of integrity and unravels a positive and sustainable entity. The study of national as well as international Corporate Governance Policies is not only critical but necessary for law aspirants.
