We take pleasure in announcing, a global experiment that highlights the diversity of different muds teeming with life from around the globe. The project aims to take a low-tech approach to biological experimentation, engaging with science from a design, cultural and aesthetic perspective.
As part of the students initiative of iPAC 2021-2022, Mud Futures, we are launching the Winogradsky Mud Column Experiment. Students of School of Art and Architecture, Sushant University, Gurgaon, in collaboration with Hub for Biotechnology in the Built Environment (HBEE), Newcastle University kick off the event on 22nd October, 2021, Friday at Wind Tunnel, E Block at 12:00 noon.

2) Newspaper/cardboard/cornstarch
3) Eggs/Cheese
4) Glass bottle (Keventers)
5) Funnel (if possible)
6) Soil, local to your area (compulsory)
7) Water (compulsory)
