Dr. Sakshi is an Assistant Professor in School of Law, Sushant University. Prior to joining Sushant University, she was working at Apeejay Stya University as an Assistant professor and Academic Coordinator. She has also worked as an Assistant Professor in K.R Mangalam University and before joining there she was associated with Lingayas Vidyapeeth Faridabad as an Assistant Professor.
She holds a Ph.D. degree on the topic “A Comparative Analysis of Cyber Stalking in Modern Era with Special Reference to India” from K.R. Mangalam University, Gurugram. Her interest lies in the field of cyber laws.
She has contributed research papers in National, International and Scopus listed journals. She has also presented many papers in National and International conferences and seminars. Her research paper was awarded with best research paper at one day National Conference on Social-Legal Impact of Environment Jurisprudence in the 21st Century organized by Kandivli Education Society, Shri. Jayantilal H. Patel Law College in 2021. She was awarded with Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Young Researcher Award 2022 on the occasion of the International Teacher’s Day & World Student Day Award by Center for Professional Advancement, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India. Also, she has also been awarded with Best Young Faculty Award on the occasion of National Faculty Award 2022-2023 by Novel Research Academy, Puducherry, India.
