Self-love is a small thing. It means knowing what makes you feel good and making time for it. So instead of counting your own flaws find the things that make you best. Every individual has different qualities and beautiful in their own way. I want to ask what the definition of beautiful is. Who decides one is beautiful or not.
So don’t run to achieve the definition defined by the society. Self-love doesn’t mean you are selfish, you are just giving first priority to yourself. Learning to love yourself also reduces stress, lessens procrastination, develops a healthy lifestyle and makes you more focused at work. Love is the only thing that keeps us going and makes us less robotic in a world which requires us to work, think and act like we are programmed bots. Everyone needs love and we spend most of our energy on loving others — Be it friends, spouses, children or family.Self-love helps the individual to know what distinguish them from others and maintains their uniqueness. Down below are some steps in self-love journey.
- BALANCING YOUR OWN THOUGHT: It’s very hard to be on social media and not compare yourself with others .Comparisons steals our joy. If we don’t fore stall evaluating ourselves to others, we are able to continuously spend cash and intellectual powers simply looking to hold up! We want to interrupt the assessment cycle due to the fact it’s a sport we’ll in no way win. So first of all be grateful to the things you already have. So each morning thank the god about the three most important things in your life. After doing this regularly you have a kind of mental satisfaction and you will grow yourself more. Focus on your strength, your talents and do what you like.

In this modern world people are juggling between work and doing something they like. So each day spend some time with you to think. Irrespective of the judgment you might get start indulging with yourself and enjoy your own company. So each day spend a little time for yourself and introspect yourself.
iii )Giving authority to yourself to do mistake:
That’s the primary factor we want to comprehend and remind ourselves, now no longer as an excuse, however as a reality that we want to accept, put together for, and discover ways to take care for our very own benefit.. After all, if we can’t keep away from mistakes, it might be remarkable if we ought to use them to our benefit… The real lessons a person can learn is from their own mistake. So from now don’t ignore your mistake start working on them.
iv)Forgiveness :
It’s hard for anyone to forgive others but why to feel bad because of others. So from now start forgiving and try to move on.
