A student is often recognised by the name of the university associated with his education and I feel proud to be a student of School of Law, Sushant University. Having a vast arena of legal education and a diverse heritage of cultural pluralism, the school has the sky to offer. I have received the privilege to intern with the ‘World Economic Forum’ at the India Economic Summit where world leaders elucidated their economic policies. I have also volunteered with National Law Commission for the ‘National Law Day’ celebrations at Vigyan Bhawan in association with the Government of India. Apart from offering apex opportunities, the standard of education is par excellence. Sports and Cultural activities are a part and parcel of student life, here at School of Law, Sushant University.

I chose law, as I needed to assess things that mark change in the society and to gain expertise of the reasoned arguments. I wanted serious academic atmosphere to be able to achieve my dreams. With the help of School of Law’s scholastic environment and its remarkable faculty, I am moving every day closer to achieving my goals. The Faculties always encourage us to do better and succeed. Also, with every year of me pursuing law, I built up a legal temper and started to see that there are different sides to each issue.

I am also being guided by my teachers about the career options post my graduation degree.

Sushant University is a place of learning, fun, culture, lore, literature and many such life preaching activities. Studying at Sushant University, School of Law has brought an added value to my life. It gave me an opportunity to meet different kind of people and learn various life skills. I have received a great support from the faculties & internship cell. I am thankful to the Training & Internship Cell for providing a platform to enhance my skills and an opportunity to showcase them.

My journey from a photographer to a law student at SOL has been one of my enriching experiences. Life at SOL for me is discovering my own true potentials, exploring various options and learning to accomplish it. 

We have a panel of great faculty, The Dean, Professors and my Faculty mentor make me feel like a family. The best thing about SOL is the easy accessibility to our teachers. As an institution SOL never fails to motivate me. I am always inspired to participate in various co-curricular activities and this has really boosted my overall confidence. 

The fact that my seniors are so humble and cooperative has made my campus life all the more appealing. I am blessed to find a place where I can reach out to all my dreams. The environment and the ambience is very positive. I want to keep learning, keep exploring, keep doing more because I have discovered the best place to do so.

Starting off by the great environment created by our humble teachers, who work extensively for our studies, I feel really lucky to have teachers like in our faculty, they always make us comfortable. They are willing to help when we have problems. The study pattern and style of the teachers are really interesting! Sadly because of the pandemic we are doing everything virtually but I really believe that teachers will make our studies more interesting once we are able to visit college on regular basis, and I am very keen about that. Can’t wait to meet and study with such intellectuals.

The School of Law at Sushant University is based on co-operation and teamwork of both students and faculty. While the students are encouraged to take part in Mooting, Legal Aid, Debating, Cultural and Sports activities both in and outside campus, prevailing to raise the name of the university with their hard work, the faculty at SOL constantly consults and coaches every student with warmth and utmost knowledge and skill based on years of study and experience. Both believe in an open door policy one where the students are free to ask doubts with the faculty without any hesitation and in return the faculty takes the responsibility of answering such questions with the best of their knowledge, leaving no question unanswered. The faculty at SOL also believes in giving individual attention to each student leaving no student feel neglected, promoting a mentor-discipline relationship to true standards. 

Apart from classroom learning, the faculty at SOL emphasizes on establishing learning by inviting respectable guests belonging to the field of law to share their experience and their views on diverse issues. They believe in serving true guidance to its students not limiting them to only text-book guidance. The school notifies its students of the various upcoming mooting, debating and legal aid activities held at different universities at both national and international levels ensuring maximum participation by students in such competitions. The university holds annual International Moot Court competition and hosts various panel discussions in collaboration with top legal firms, and websites providing the students with best exposure.

The School of law at Sushant University leaves no stone unturned to make sure its students become leaders of tomorrow. I have been provided wonderful opportunities by SOL and have got placement at a prestigious company Unitech. I proudly say that as an alumni School of Law at Sushant University is true to every penny and every word promised.

Sushant University offers a blend of learning, enjoyment and integration of enduring principles. What amazed me is the plethora of extra-curricular activities that the Institute offers hence compelling every student to explore and pursue his/her extra talents. The University manages both the areas extremely well and a student always finds himself in a pool of never ending opportunities. Another feather in the cap are the professors that impart quality education to its students. Never can a student find himself lost in a concept and professors not being able to rescue him! I can say with absolute certainty that as a result of everything I mentioned above, I have been able to reinvent myself into a more confident individual.
